David Lattes is organising an evening for the Japonese Red Cross. He will propose you the degustation of different truffles, and a 30 minutes conferences about their origins, their history and the different ways to cook them.
We will discover 4 different truffles:
- the summer truffle Aestivum;
- the truffle Brumale;
- the Black truffle, Melanosporum
- and a forth coming from Italy, the truffle Borchii
They will all be tasted alone on bred and then with different cooking with vegetables, sea fruits and meat. There will be two options per truffle. As we will be there for Japan David will try to mix truffles with traditionnal products as Kobe beef.
We will discover some great wines with Jeff and his company Oenotropie who is our sponsor and will offer some good bottles of wine.
Price 130 euro per head (210 per couple). All the proceeds will be paid to Japonese Red Cross. Please bring a check will the name of the organisation on it.
