Want to be a guest?
Want to be a Guest to one of our Events? Nothing easier, but first you have to register on CoolCoz.com.
Why do we need you to be registered? Well... our Events are private and our Hosts need to have some information about you before letting you in!
Because of this, we advise you to use your real name and surname as well as an identifiable email address. We want CoolCoz.com to be a safe, open and fun community. If you register as "Sunny Sunday", sunsun@hotmail.com at an Event where the host has no clue on who really is "Sunny Sunday"... the chances he accepts you are small...
Once you are registered:
- login in
- browse our Events
- click on "Join Event" button of the Event you want to participate to.
Within 48 hours, you will receive an email from us, informing you whether you're on the guest list for the Event or, whether the Event is sold out and you're on the waiting list.
If you don't receive an email, check you spam folder, as our email might have ended there. If not... complain. First to the host, then to us: support@coolcoz.com.
Want to add a cause?
Coolcoz.com supports fundraising events for all philanthropic Causes approved by Generositas Foundation.
We work with big-hearted individuals as well as institutionalized charities.
So don't feel shy! If you want to add a Cause on CoolCoz.com, click on the “Add a cause” button and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Our conditions to add a Cause on CoolCoz.com:

Create at least one Event with the Cause that you add.
We do not accept Causes which seek Internet donations without organizing Events. CoolCoz.com is about being good but also about having fun and meeting new and old friends. - An offensive, political or religious Causes will not be accepted.
Want to be a host?
You see on CoolCoz.com a Cause you are interested in or you have added your own Cause and want to organize a fundraising Event?
Whatever the Event is - from small home dinners to big parties -, including concerts, appetizers, sport events... the sky is the limit to your imagination.
Organization costs can be deducted from the raised money to reimbursed the Host but under 2 conditions:
- no more than 50% of the raised funds can go into organizational costs of the Event (for example: food, drinks, etc.)
- the amount of costs has to be transparent, which means it has to be published on CoolCoz.com so Guests know what percentage of their donation goes to the Cause.
